1. If the destination postal code or city is listed below and a surcharge is listed in the Destination Surcharge column, a surcharge will apply
for delivery of the shipment.
1. 凡目的地邮编或城市如下所列，且附加费已列在目的地附加费（Destination Surcharge）列，附加费将适用于货件递送时。
2. If the origin postal code or city is listed below and a surcharge is listed in the Origin Surcharge column, a surcharge will apply for pickup
of the shipment.
2. 凡起运地邮编或城市如下所列，且附加费已列在起运地附加费（Origin Surcharge）列，附加费将适用于收件时。
3. Surcharges marked with two asterisks (**) only apply to Domestic shipments
3. 凡标有双型号（**）的附加费只适用于国内货件。
